The needs of every company and sales organization are different. That is why at BSR Associates the first thing that we will do is spend time with you to understand your company, its culture and its needs.

Working with you we will implement a programme that suits your business needs including; half day workshops, 1/2/3 day workshops, residential courses and individual coaching sessions. These courses can be run face to face using Zoom or a blend of the two. The aim of any programme that we deliver is to foster a Culture of Sales Excellence, one which will enable you and your teams to hit any goals and overcome any challenges in an increasingly competitive environment.
Measure The Outcome
All too often the hard work put in by delegates on any given training programme is wasted by simply not connecting what has been learned back to their everyday jobs. That is why, at the end of each course, delegates are asked to complete a Personal Action Plan so that they can identify what they have learned from the session and how they plan to apply the learning back in the office the next day and in the weeks and months to come.
As we have already stated, BSR Associates works with managers in advance to find out as much as possible about each individual in the groups that we train. Once each level of the training programme is complete, we will meet with managers in order to offer constructive feedback and outline suitable and sustainable next steps for the future growth and development of all team members.

Training

Training has to be the mainstay of any high performing sales team.
In any profession constantly refreshing and updating skills is just something that happens automatically and the same should be true for our salespeople. Be it the crop of graduates fresh to the job or the 20 year veteran there is always something new to be learned.
The BSR Associates training programmes will give your sales people the edge, ranging from DIPADA Sales Training for Graduates to NLP courses for the 20 year veteran.
BSR Associates training programmes are designed to ensure that your salespeople learn in the most effective way possible. There will, naturally, be a theoretical element to the courses but the most important element is the practical, interactive aspect of the training.
We know that putting sales people in front of a PowerPoint presentation is a waste of their time. Instead, we will introduce a concept, make sure it is understood and then immediately and thoroughly put it into practice. A key part of this process is to make the practical element relevant to your marketplace and once again the input of senior management is vital.
At BSR Associates we do not believe in ‘sheep dip’ training. There is no point in training your sales people for one day and leaving it at that.
